Buy fish directly off the fishing boat Adventura in the Apollo hay Harbour each Saturday morning.

Sustainable seafood, caught ethically in the waters of Bass Strait and favoured by chefs at some of the Great Ocean Road region’s finest restaurants such as Brae, La Bimba, Movida, Forage on the Foreshore, Yield and Fish by Moonlite.

Each Saturday Tim sells the catch of the day, so this can include Crayfish, Snapper, Gummy Shark, Octopus, Gurnard, cuttlefish, Nannygai and trumpeter.
