About

A Masterclass, despite its name, does not suggest it is run or attended by “masters”. A Masterclass is simply intended to provide time and opportunity for a deeper experience.

Strictly limited to 10 participants, this extended Yin Yoga session intends to stop you, to prop you and drop you.

The beautifully clean and cosy studio is light filled, nestled in nature so you can hear the birds, the leaves, the ocean and your own inner calling. They have heating and cooling to meet the season of the day, and are equipped with a range of props, however, they encourage you to bring favorite/additional props.

A sauna session at the end of the Masterclass is an optional extra. Please refer to the ticket bookings session.

Your instructor, Russelle, has been teaching yoga full time for 11 years, (more than 5000 hours) and teaching Yin Yoga in accordance with Paul Grilley’s method for more than nine years.

Please feel welcome, your participation contributes the shared path, walking through this life together – Russelle.
