About

Skippers is a unique guesthouse, a stones’ throw from the beach, that brings together contemporary art, luxe fabrics, furnishings and design. Enjoy the seclusion of your private balcony room with ensuite or relax in the shared guest lounge.

Skippers Apollo Bay acknowledge the traditional custodians of Gadubanud Country and pay respect to Elders, past and present. They also acknowledge their cultural and spiritual connection the land, rivers and sea.

The rooms, the Cape, the Harbour and the Bay, are inspired by the beautiful features of Apollo Bay. Each room, including the shared guest lounge, features original artworks by contemporary Australian artists that they have collected since 1996.

Enjoy a complimentary light breakfast of Irrewarra granola, Greek yogurt with fresh fruit, hard-boiled free-range eggs with sourdough, juice and freshly ground coffee from the expresso machine in the guest lounge before heading out for the day.

In the evening relax by candlelight on the verandah or in the guest lounge and dining space before a luxurious night’s sleep in your king bed.

Off street parking, Wi-Fi, smart televisions with apps are all part of the package.

Check in is at 3:00pm and when you’re ready to travel, departure is by 11:00am.
