The open plan living area flooded with north facing light opens to reveal a contemporary kitchen fully equipped with ceramic cooktop, oven and dishwasher. The adjoining dining and lounge areas with a reverse cycle air conditioner lead out to a partially covered spacious entertaining balcony with barbecue, perfect for summer outdoor living.

On the third level there is the master bedroom with a reverse cycle air conditioner, plenty of storage and a further balcony with magic ocean and mountain views. The ground level leading to two double bedrooms with carpet, built-in robes and panel heating, and an adjoining bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity. The hardwood stairs lead to the second level with solid hardwood floors. The spacious carpeted master bedroom is at the rear with large built-in robes, and beside that is the main bathroom with a large vanity, rain shower, concealed toilet and sizeable bath.
